Tools:
-
Small flat screw driver
- Philip screw driver
-Electrical connectors, soldering guns, tape...
-10 mm wrench
- a few feet long of electrical wires (14-18 gauge)

Time: 1 hours follow this instruction  (took me 5hrs +, to figure how to do this, and this is the only easy way I can come up with )

Step 1:
Remove the bottom plastic cover (under the dash), the side plastic cover under the steering wheel
-The goal is to remove the plastic cover of the steering wheel to get to the foglight switch
Step 2:
-In order to remove the steering wheel cover, you have to turn on the engine, turn the steering wheel left/right to expose the hidden screws, see figure.
-Turn off your engine, but don't remove the key. Adjust your telescope steering wheel up and all the way out so you can remove steering wheel cover. At this time, disconnect your battery cable, thus the steering wheel won't move around when you slide the bottom cover out.

Step 3:
-Unplug the Foglight connector, located the correct wire (as shown), you can solder or tap in to this wire and run the signal to the fuse box. This signal will be grounded when the fog light switch it turn on, you can verify this with an OHM meter. (green wire with white stripe )
-The following figure show you how to remove the pin and solder in to it, you can just strip the wire and connect to it.

Tap in here
Put everything back, run this signal down to the driver side fuse box
Step 4:
-Reinstall the steering wheel cover

Step 5:
-Remove the carpet bolts to gain access the the fuse box, you may be able to do this without removing the carpet.

Step 5:
-Remove the Foglight relay, and built an extension cable as show in picture
new wires

Install the relay back as follow:

Good luck
