Transmission fluid change 30000 miles/24months Toyota Type T-IV 2qt (partial flush), 12qt(full flush)
Differential oil 30000 miles/24months Amsoil 75W90 Full synthetic 1.5qt
Engine Coolant 30000 miles/24months Toyota Red coolant (2 bottles)
Brake fluid flush 30000 miles/24months Havoline Full Synthetic Dot3/4 (2qt)
Brake pads change 30000 miles/24months/if needed EBC Green pads with Powerslot rotors
 
Timing belt change 90000 miles/72months  
Engine belt change 90000 miles/72months  
Spark Plugs Change 90000 miles/72months TorqueMaster plugs (8)
 

Major Services that I think you will NEED (for any Lexus or any car)
I drive my car very hard and follow this strict maintenance schedule on ALL of my sup' up cars.
Some of the services maybe a bit sooner than Lexus Recommended Service Interval.
But these are things that keep my cars running trouble free. Hope it will do good for your car too.

(Check your user's manual for other services/driving condition)

Service cost at the dealer is vary depend on where you go and what you want to do/don't.
This list showed the things that I think you CAN'T omit, unless you already had it done recently.

- Air Filter Change (intake and AC filter)
- Trans service, Front and Rear Diff Service (@ dealer $250 to flush the transmission completely, ~$75 for the diff)
- Service Cooling System and Replace Coolant
- Replace Wiper Blades ($10 for the parts)
- Lubrication of Suspension components and any other moving parts that need lubrication

- Power Steering Fluid Flush/Change
- Replace Brake Fluid and Flush System
- Trans service, Front and Rear Diff Service

- Drive Belt Change if worn
- Lubrication of Suspension components and any other moving parts that need lubrication

- Trans service, Front and Rear Diff Service
- Drive Belt Change if worn
- Lubrication of Suspension components and any other moving parts that need lubrication

Inspection (Periodic checking, once a month, you can do this yourself)
- BG 44K Fuel Induction Additive (I used Chevron Gas additive after every time I do an oil change) ($4-10, local autopart store)
- Check and Set Tire Pressures (NTB/Discount Tire do it for free if you don't have time)
- Check Spare Tire and Adjust Tire Pressure as needed
- 28 Pt Safety Inspection ( all visual and test drive, drive well, no leak, brake stop ok, no unusual noise? you pass)
- Inspect Brake Pads, Rotors, Calipers, Brake Lines and Hoses (replace when needed)
- Rotate Tires (NTB/Discount Tire do it for free for everyone)
- Balance all 4 tires
- Service Battery, Check Fluid and Terminal Connections (just put WD40/Dot3brake fluid on the battery posts-->corrosion free)
- Inspect Drive Belt, Exhaust Pipes and Mounts, Fuel Lines and Connection Ball Joints and Dust Covers,
Body Chassis nuts and Bolts, All Hoses and Steering Rack and Pinion and Fuel Injection Cleaner
- Inspect and Adjust headlights (if needed)
- Check diagnostic system for faults or codes (only when you see check engine light)
- Test Drive Vehicle (everyday)
